Job Details

Receive product orders and prepare regular reports for supermarket supervisors to support daily operations.

Arrange, replenish, and rotate products on shelves according to company merchandising standards.

Apply product labels correctly and monitor inventory based on expiry dates and stock rotation guidelines.

Follow assigned store routes and visit schedules to ensure all planned activities are completed on time.

Assist with promotional campaigns, product launches, and in-store marketing activities as required.

Coordinate with store teams to maintain product availability and ensure shelves remain fully stocked.

Keep display areas clean, organized, and attractive to improve the shopping experience for customers.

Monitor stock levels and report low inventory, damaged products, or other issues to the appropriate team.

Maintain proper product placement and visual presentation to maximize sales opportunities.

Develop positive working relationships with store staff and supervisors to ensure smooth daily operations.

Check product quality regularly and remove expired or damaged items in line with company procedures.

Job Experience Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent is required.

1 to 2 years of experience in merchandising, retail, shelf stocking, or customer service is preferred.

Basic computer skills will be considered an added advantage.

Energetic, dependable, and customer-focused with a responsible approach to daily tasks.

Good communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively as part of a team.

Ability to work on the sales floor for extended periods, including standing, walking, and lifting products when required.

Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow merchandising standards and company guidelines consistently.
