Job Details:

Provide clear and accurate information about Wellness, Spa, and Fitness products and services to all guests in a helpful and professional manner.

Guide guests in selecting suitable treatments based on their needs and preferences, and explain product usage in a simple and easy-to-understand way.

Supervise and ensure the proper condition, cleanliness, and presentation of all areas within the Wellness and Spa department at all times.

Deliver a friendly, professional, and welcoming experience to every guest from the moment they arrive.

Present available services confidently in line with established service standards to encourage guest satisfaction and engagement.

Handle guest inquiries, feedback, and complaints politely and professionally, ensuring timely resolution of all concerns.

Manage appointment bookings and maintain accurate, up-to-date schedules without errors or overlaps.

Carry out additional administrative duties assigned by department management to support smooth daily operations.

Assist in coordinating spa and wellness activities to ensure efficient service flow and high guest satisfaction.

Job Experience Requirements

Knowledge of at least one foreign language is required; additional languages will be considered an advantage.

Minimum 1–2 years of experience in a similar or related role within the hospitality or wellness industry.

Responsible and self-motivated individual with strong planning, time management, and organizational skills.

Strong communication and interpersonal abilities with the capacity to connect with guests from diverse backgrounds.

Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as required.

Positive attitude and genuine passion for delivering high-quality guest experiences.

Ability to work effectively both in a team and independently when required.
