Job Details:

Develop and implement smart automation and digital solutions using AI, software tools, and modern technologies to support business needs and organizational goals.

Review existing business processes and workflows to identify areas where automation, system enhancements, and digital improvements can increase efficiency.

Work with different departments to understand operational requirements and convert them into practical and effective technical solutions.

Apply agile development methods throughout project work to support flexible delivery, regular improvements, and efficient implementation.

Research, test, and introduce new technologies, software tools, and automation solutions that can improve innovation and business processes.

Monitor system performance, identify areas requiring improvement, and recommend changes to increase efficiency, reliability, and productivity.

Maintain clear and up-to-date technical documentation covering automation projects, system configurations, implementations, and updates.

Assist with system integration and deployment activities to ensure new digital solutions are introduced smoothly and function correctly.

Investigate automation-related technical problems and provide support in troubleshooting and resolving system issues.

Contribute to continuous improvement projects aimed at streamlining workflows, reducing manual activities, and improving digital operations.

Job Experience Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, or another relevant technical field.

Good practical knowledge of development and automation tools such as SQL, Python, and Power BI.

At least 1 year of professional experience in automation, software development, process improvement, or a closely related position.

Basic understanding of business process analysis, workflow automation, system integration, and digital process optimization.

Ability to work effectively in an agile, changing, and fast-paced environment while adapting to new technologies and requirements.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a proactive mindset and the ability to develop practical, solution-focused approaches.
