Job Details:

Manage and grow the company’s presence across social media platforms including Telegram, X (Twitter), Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts in a consistent and strategic way.

Plan, create, and execute weekly and monthly content calendars aligned with marketing goals and campaign timelines.

Collaborate closely with marketing and design teams to ensure all content stays on brand and engages the target audience effectively.

Track key performance metrics such as engagement rate, click through rate, and audience growth, and connect results with overall business goals.

Stay updated with current social media trends, platform updates, and audience behavior to create relevant and engaging content.

Suggest new content ideas, formats, and strategies to improve reach, engagement, and overall performance.

Support the execution of daily social media activities and ensure timely posting across all platforms.

Maintain consistency in brand tone and messaging across all digital channels.

Job Experience Requirements

Minimum 1 year of hands on experience in social media management with proven audience growth and engagement results.

Strong ability to write engaging, creative, and informative content for different platforms and audiences.

Excellent copywriting skills with the ability to adjust tone and style based on platform and purpose.

Good understanding of social media analytics tools and experience in preparing performance reports.

Creative mindset with the ability to generate fresh ideas while maintaining brand consistency.

Ability to manage multiple platforms and content schedules without compromising quality or deadlines.

Basic knowledge of paid social media campaigns and boosting strategies will be an advantage.
