Job Details

Receive product orders and prepare routine reports for supermarket supervisors to support effective daily store operations.

Arrange products on shelves, replenish stock, and rotate items according to established merchandising procedures and company display standards.

Apply product labels correctly and monitor inventory using proper expiry date checks and stock rotation practices.

Follow assigned store routes and planned visit schedules to ensure all merchandising activities are completed within the required timeframe.

Support promotional activities, new product introductions, and in-store marketing campaigns according to company requirements.

Coordinate with store employees to maintain product availability and ensure shelves are properly stocked throughout operating hours.

Maintain clean, organized, and visually appealing product displays to create a better shopping environment for customers.

Monitor inventory levels and promptly report shortages, damaged goods, expired items, or other stock-related concerns to the relevant team.

Ensure products are positioned correctly and displays follow approved merchandising guidelines to support visibility and sales performance.

Build and maintain professional working relationships with supermarket staff, supervisors, and other relevant contacts to support smooth daily coordination.

Regularly inspect product condition and remove expired, damaged, or unsuitable items in accordance with company procedures.

Job Experience Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent qualification is required.

1 to 2 years of previous experience in merchandising, retail, shelf stocking, sales support, customer service, or a similar field is preferred.

Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with simple digital reporting or inventory systems will be considered an advantage.

Energetic, reliable, and customer-oriented approach with a strong sense of responsibility toward daily assignments.

Good verbal communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to cooperate effectively with store personnel and team members.

Ability to work on the sales floor for extended periods, including standing, walking, reaching, and lifting or moving products when required.

Strong attention to detail with the ability to consistently follow merchandising procedures, stock rotation practices, and company guidelines.
