Job Details:

Monitor CCTV surveillance cameras continuously from the control room to maintain security and safety throughout the assigned premises.

Observe camera feeds carefully and immediately report suspicious behavior, unusual incidents, safety concerns, or potential security risks to the supervisor.

Handle confidential security information, surveillance footage, and incident details responsibly and ensure sensitive information is not disclosed improperly.

Protect company property, equipment, and other assets by following established security policies, procedures, and control measures at all times.

Maintain accurate daily monitoring logs, incident records, and basic surveillance reports for operational tracking and future reference.

Remain attentive and focused throughout assigned shifts, ensuring continuous observation and effective support of overall security operations.

Operate CCTV and other surveillance equipment correctly and ensure systems are used in accordance with company standards and procedures.

Coordinate with security guards and other relevant personnel whenever additional support or on-site verification is required.

Respond promptly to security alerts, suspicious activities, or reported incidents and assist with documenting and communicating relevant details when necessary.

Job Experience Requirements

Strong work ethic with a high level of honesty, integrity, discipline, and personal responsibility.

Previous hands-on experience operating CCTV cameras or other electronic surveillance systems is required.

Ability to maintain concentration, alertness, and attention to detail during extended monitoring periods and assigned shifts.

Good observation and reporting skills with the ability to recognize unusual situations and communicate important information clearly.

Willingness and availability to work rotating shifts, including different working hours according to security requirements.

Basic knowledge of security procedures, incident handling, and emergency response practices will be considered an advantage.
