Job Details

Install water supply, drainage, and plumbing systems for new construction and renovation projects.

Carry out repairs, replacements, and upgrades on existing plumbing installations to ensure reliable operation.

Inspect plumbing and drainage systems to identify faults and complete the necessary repair work.

Install, repair, and adjust sanitary fixtures, including toilets, wash basins, cisterns, faucets, and related accessories.

Repair or replace flushing systems and other plumbing components as required.

Prepare lists of required materials and provide specifications to support maintenance and purchasing activities.

Take preventive action to reduce plumbing issues and respond promptly to emergency maintenance requests.

Perform routine inspections and scheduled maintenance to keep plumbing systems operating efficiently.

Assist with general maintenance duties and other technical tasks assigned by the supervisor.

Ensure all work is completed in accordance with company safety procedures and quality standards.

Maintain accurate records of completed work, materials used, and maintenance activities for future reference.

Report major plumbing issues and recommend suitable repair or replacement solutions when necessary.

Job Experience Requirements

Completed secondary vocational or technical education in plumbing or a related trade.

Good technical knowledge of plumbing systems, water supply, and drainage installations.

Strong understanding of plumbing tools, equipment, materials, and safe working practices.

Previous experience in a plumbing, maintenance, or similar technical position is required.

Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and complete assignments with minimal supervision.

Willingness to respond to emergency maintenance requests, including work outside normal business hours when required.

Good problem-solving skills with the ability to identify faults and implement effective repair solutions.
