Job Details

Process product orders and prepare routine reports for supermarket management to support daily store operations.

Arrange, rotate, and replenish products on shelves to maintain product visibility, availability, and freshness in line with company merchandising standards.

Apply product labels accurately and manage inventory by monitoring expiration dates and following stock rotation procedures.

Follow assigned store visit schedules and planned routes to ensure all merchandising activities are completed on time.

Provide support during promotional campaigns, product launches, and special sales events whenever required.

Maintain clean, organized, and well-stocked shelves to create an attractive shopping environment for customers.

Monitor stock levels regularly and report shortages, damaged items, or display issues to the appropriate team.

Coordinate with store staff to ensure products remain available and merchandising standards are consistently maintained.

Inspect product quality and remove expired or damaged items in accordance with company procedures.

Prepare merchandising reports and provide feedback on product availability, customer demand, and in-store activities.

Job Experience Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent is required.

One to two years of experience in merchandising, retail operations, shelf stocking, or customer service is preferred.

Basic computer knowledge will be considered an added advantage.

Energetic, customer-focused, and committed to completing assigned responsibilities with a reliable and professional approach.

Good communication and organizational skills with the ability to build positive relationships with store personnel.

Ability to manage field assignments efficiently, follow planned schedules, and work independently when required.

Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain merchandising standards and support daily retail operations.
