Job Details:

Prepare and develop renovation and conversion projects, including complete project documentation from design stage to site execution.

Work closely with clients and contractors during the design phase to ensure proper coordination and smooth progress.

Prepare project offers, including both fixed price and cost based estimates.

Supervise construction work, guide clients, and ensure quality standards are maintained on site.

Provide technical support to operations staff and assist in resolving maintenance related issues.

Make technical decisions within approved budgets and financial limits.

Handle technical communication with clients in a clear and professional manner.

Review and assess technical documents prepared by contractors, consultants, or other parties.

Develop and update internal procedures, manuals, and maintain accurate project records.

Support project planning activities and ensure compliance with construction standards and safety regulations.

Job Experience Requirements

Knowledge of fire safety and prevention in construction will be an advantage.

Basic understanding of foundation systems is preferred.

Solid experience in construction or project management within the construction field.

Experience in related construction areas will be considered a plus.

Ability to communicate professionally in Danish and English at a technical level.

Good IT skills, including MS Office and Adobe Acrobat; familiarity with AutoCAD is preferred.

Valid driving license for passenger vehicles.

Strong problem solving skills and ability to manage site related challenges effectively.
