Job Details:

Develop and coordinate renovation and conversion projects, preparing complete project documentation from the initial design phase through construction and site completion.

Work closely with clients, contractors, and other project stakeholders during the design process to maintain clear communication and ensure steady project progress.

Prepare commercial proposals, including fixed-price offers, detailed cost estimates, and other pricing documentation based on project requirements.

Supervise construction activities and provide on-site guidance to clients while ensuring work is completed according to approved plans and required quality standards.

Provide technical assistance to operational teams and support the resolution of maintenance, construction, and site-related technical matters.

Make necessary technical decisions within approved budgets and financial limits while ensuring project objectives, quality requirements, and agreed specifications are maintained.

Communicate technical matters with clients in a clear, professional, and well-structured manner and provide relevant project updates when required.

Review and assess technical documentation, drawings, specifications, and submissions prepared by contractors, consultants, and other project participants.

Develop, review, and update internal procedures, technical manuals, project records, and other documentation to maintain consistent working practices.

Support project planning and implementation while ensuring compliance with applicable construction standards, safety requirements, technical regulations, and established procedures.

Job Experience Requirements

Solid professional experience in construction, construction management, project coordination, or a closely related field within the building and construction sector.

Knowledge of fire protection, fire prevention, and related safety requirements in construction projects will be considered an advantage.

Basic understanding of foundation systems, structural works, and related construction principles will be preferred.

Additional experience in renovation, building maintenance, conversion projects, or other related construction activities will be considered a plus.

Ability to communicate confidently and professionally in both Danish and English, particularly when handling technical discussions and project documentation.

Good computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe Acrobat; knowledge of AutoCAD or similar technical drawing software will be considered an advantage.

Valid driving license for passenger vehicles is required.

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with the capability to assess site issues, make practical decisions, and resolve construction-related challenges effectively.
