Job Details

Install water supply and drainage systems for new construction projects while ensuring all work meets approved technical specifications and quality standards.

Carry out repair, replacement, and renovation of existing plumbing and drainage systems to maintain reliable operation.

Inspect plumbing installations, identify faults, and perform effective repairs to restore proper system functionality.

Install, align, and adjust sanitary fixtures such as toilets, cisterns, wash basins, faucets, and related plumbing accessories.

Repair and replace toilet bowls, flushing mechanisms, valves, and other connected plumbing components as required.

Prepare material lists, technical specifications, and supply requirements to support purchasing and maintenance activities.

Perform preventive maintenance to reduce equipment failures and respond promptly to plumbing issues to minimize service interruptions.

Conduct routine inspections, testing, and servicing of plumbing systems to ensure safe and efficient operation.

Assist with additional maintenance and technical duties assigned by the supervisor to support daily operations.

Maintain accurate records of maintenance work, materials used, and completed repairs while following company procedures.

Job Experience Requirements

Completed secondary vocational or technical education in plumbing or a related trade is required.

Good understanding of plumbing systems, water supply networks, drainage installations, and maintenance practices.

Familiarity with plumbing tools, installation equipment, and commonly used materials.

Previous experience in plumbing, facility maintenance, or a similar technical position is required.

Ability to identify plumbing faults, troubleshoot technical issues, and complete repairs efficiently.

Responsible and detail-oriented approach with a strong commitment to workplace safety and quality standards.

Ability to work independently as well as part of a maintenance team while managing assigned tasks effectively.
