Payroll Specialist
Overview
Job Details:
Handle the complete personnel administration process, including employment contracts, addendums, termination letters, internal notes, and related documents.
Maintain and regularly update employee personal files and prepare job descriptions when required.
Prepare civil contracts, salary summaries, payroll sheets, and invoices related to processed payments.
Receive and process sick leave documents while ensuring compliance with regulations.
Manage maternity leave documentation and ensure timely submission to the concerned authorities.
Prepare employee leave requests and issue official leave approvals.
Calculate salaries accurately and ensure monthly payroll is processed on time.
Stay updated on labor laws and social security regulations to ensure compliance.
Ensure all employment related documents are properly maintained and meet legal requirements.
Prepare internal reports and provide required data to management when needed.
Assist other departments with HR related documentation and support as required.
Job Experience Requirements
Higher education in Economics or a related field.
Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar HR or payroll position.
Strong analytical skills with good computer knowledge.
Excellent command of MS Office, especially MS Excel.
High attention to detail and ability to handle sensitive data responsibly.
