Payroll Reporting Specialist
Overview
Job Details:
Manage day-to-day personnel administration, including employment agreements, contract amendments, termination documents, internal notices, and other HR-related paperwork.
Maintain, review, and regularly update individual employee files while preparing or revising
job descriptions as required.Prepare civil contracts, salary summaries, payroll records, and invoices associated with processed employee payments.
Receive and process sick leave documentation while ensuring all records are handled according to company policies and applicable requirements.
Manage maternity leave documentation and ensure all necessary paperwork is completed and submitted to the relevant authorities within the required timelines.
Process employee leave applications and prepare official approvals in line with established HR procedures and company policies.
Calculate monthly payroll accurately and coordinate timely salary processing to prevent delays or discrepancies.
Keep up to date with applicable labor legislation and social security requirements to ensure HR and payroll activities remain compliant.
Ensure all employment and personnel documents are properly filed, organized, secure, and maintained in accordance with legal and company requirements.
Prepare routine HR reports, payroll summaries, and employee-related data for management review and decision-making.
Provide HR documentation and administrative support to other departments whenever coordination or employee-related information is required.
Contribute to improving HR and payroll procedures by identifying practical ways to increase efficiency, accuracy, and consistency.
Job Experience Requirements
Higher education in Human Resources, Economics, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
At least 3 years of practical experience in HR administration, payroll, personnel management, or a similar position.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with good overall computer literacy and the ability to work with HR and payroll systems.
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, for payroll calculations, reporting, and employee data management.
High level of accuracy and discretion when handling confidential employee information, payroll records, and sensitive documentation.
Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple HR responsibilities efficiently and meet required deadlines.
