Job Details

Develop original fashion designs for upcoming collections while ensuring every concept reflects the brands established identity and visual direction.

Research seasonal, emerging, and international fashion trends and translate relevant ideas into commercially suitable designs for different markets.

Prepare hand sketches, technical drawings, mood boards, and detailed design concepts to clearly communicate ideas for production.

Choose appropriate fabrics, colors, trims, finishes, and other materials while defining technical details and specifications for each product.

Work closely with production teams, manufacturers, and external suppliers throughout the sampling and collection development process.

Review samples and finished products, identify design or quality concerns, and make necessary adjustments to ensure products meet brand requirements.

Create creative presentations for seasonal collections, product launches, and other special design initiatives.

Introduce fresh and innovative ideas that improve the design process and contribute to stronger collection concepts and storytelling.

Participate in fitting sessions, review garment proportions and details, and make design modifications based on fitting, production, and quality feedback.

Maintain organized design files, references, and technical information to support smooth communication between design and production teams.

Job Experience Requirements

Proven professional experience as a Fashion Designer, Product Designer, or in a closely related fashion design position.

Strong working knowledge of Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, or comparable fashion and design software.

Ability to develop both freehand fashion concepts and accurate technical sketches for production requirements.

Solid understanding of fabrics, textiles, trims, garment construction, and general apparel manufacturing processes.

Creative and detail oriented approach with the ability to develop commercially relevant designs while maintaining brand consistency.

Strong teamwork and communication skills with the ability to coordinate effectively with production teams, suppliers, and other stakeholders.

Ability to manage multiple design tasks, meet collection deadlines, and remain organized during busy development periods.

Good command of spoken and written English.
