Job Details:

Ensure stable, secure, and continuous operation of the company’s core IT infrastructure.

Build, support, and improve internal LAN networks and SD-WAN solutions.

Participate in infrastructure setup, system migrations, and ongoing improvement projects.

Perform regular updates and maintenance of operating systems and network equipment.

Provide second and third level technical support to resolve complex IT issues.

Create, update, and maintain clear technical documentation for systems and processes.

Collaborate with the central IT team to ensure aligned and efficient operations.

Monitor and optimize network performance and overall infrastructure reliability.

Support troubleshooting of network and system-related incidents to ensure minimal downtime.

Job Experience Requirements

Higher or ongoing education in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.

Previous experience in an IT administrator or similar technical role.

Strong understanding of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, LAN/WAN concepts, and switching fundamentals.

Hands-on experience configuring network devices such as switches and access points (Aruba or HPE preferred).

Familiarity with monitoring tools such as PRTG, Zabbix, or similar systems.

Quick learner with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle technical issues under pressure.
