Job Details:

Collect and deliver small parcels, documents, and other assigned items within the city according to scheduled tasks.

Take clear and properly framed photographs of products, packages, documents, or delivery locations whenever requested.

Coordinate with local suppliers, couriers, and transportation providers to ensure assigned activities are completed smoothly.

Carry out basic on-site inspections, including checking the visible condition and quantity of goods before collection or delivery.

Send timely updates, confirmations, and required photographs to the relevant team after completing assigned tasks.

Maintain regular communication with the team through messaging applications such as WhatsApp or Telegram.

Handle all parcels and documents carefully and ensure items are transported and delivered securely to the correct destination.

Assist with simple logistical and coordination activities to support efficient daily operations.

Report delays, damaged items, missing information, delivery problems, or other discrepancies to the assigned supervisor without unnecessary delay.

Maintain accurate basic records of completed pickups, deliveries, inspections, and related activities when required.

Job Experience Requirements:

Intermediate level education is required.

Responsible, punctual, and dependable approach with the ability to complete assigned tasks within the required timeframe.

Active user of WhatsApp or Telegram with the ability to respond to messages and provide updates promptly.

Careful and trustworthy working style with strong attention to the proper handling of packages, documents, and company property.

Own mobile phone with a functional camera is required; basic photography skills will be considered an advantage.

Ability to follow instructions accurately and work independently while completing field-based assignments.

Good communication skills with a professional and cooperative attitude when dealing with suppliers, transport providers, and internal team members.
