Job Details:
Communicate with clients over the phone to understand their financial needs, income, liabilities, and credit background.
Build trust through a friendly and professional approach to support effective client engagement.
Assist clients in preparing and submitting the required application documents accurately and on time.
Collect and verify client information to ensure proper assessment of eligibility and financial standing.
Support the evaluation process by maintaining complete, organized, and accurate client records.
Inform clients about suitable financial solutions based on assessment outcomes and company policies.
Explain the benefits, terms, and limitations of available financial options to help clients make informed decisions.
Maintain strong client relationships to encourage customer satisfaction, repeat business, and referrals.
Follow up with clients regularly to address concerns and guide them throughout the application process.
Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth processing and timely completion of applications.
Job Experience Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field is preferred.
Experience in financial services, loan processing, or customer advisory roles will be considered an advantage.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to build trust and handle sensitive financial information professionally and confidentially.
Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.
