Job Details:

Conduct quality checks throughout the production process, including in-process inspections, inter-stage inspections, and final product checks before goods are released for dispatch.

Perform accurate measurements and inspections to verify that products meet approved specifications, quality standards, and defined requirements.

Use measuring and testing equipment correctly and ensure all relevant tools are routinely inspected, maintained, and calibrated when necessary.

Investigate and review customer complaints related to product quality, identifying the nature and possible causes of reported issues.

Communicate professionally with customers regarding quality concerns and assist in coordinating corrective actions until the matter is properly resolved and closed.

Maintain complete and accurate records of inspection findings, measurement results, customer complaints, and quality-related reports.

Work closely with production and other relevant departments to maintain consistent quality standards and address issues identified during inspections.

Contribute to continuous improvement activities by identifying recurring quality problems and recommending practical corrective or preventive measures.

Assist in preparing routine quality reports, inspection summaries, and other documentation required by the quality or management team.

Job Experience Requirements

Higher education or a relevant professional qualification will be considered an advantage, but it is not mandatory.

Good written and spoken English communication skills with a positive attitude toward learning and developing professional knowledge.

Ability to work effectively under pressure, manage priorities, and meet deadlines while maintaining required quality standards.

Strong attention to detail with a disciplined, accurate, and responsible approach to inspection and documentation work.

Ability to cooperate effectively with production, quality, customer service, and other departments while working as part of a team.
