Job Details

Perform preventive and corrective maintenance to keep hardware, systems, and technical equipment operating efficiently and with minimal downtime.

Provide day-to-day technical support to users by diagnosing and resolving hardware, software, and system-related issues within established service timelines.

Visit company branches on a regular basis to inspect equipment, identify potential technical concerns, and carry out the required maintenance.

Maintain accurate service records in the system and coordinate with external vendors or service providers until technical issues are fully resolved.

Provide both on-site and remote technical assistance to ensure uninterrupted business operations and user productivity.

Handle company data responsibly while following information security policies and maintaining confidentiality at all times.

Support initiatives to improve system performance, equipment reliability, and the overall user experience through proactive technical assistance.

Monitor the condition of IT equipment, identify recurring issues, and recommend practical solutions to improve system stability and operational efficiency.

Assist with the installation, configuration, and replacement of hardware, software, and peripheral devices when required.

Prepare technical reports, document maintenance activities, and ensure all support requests are properly recorded and tracked.

Job Experience Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Around one year of experience in technical support, IT maintenance, or a similar role will be considered an advantage, although fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

Basic knowledge of ERP, CRM, and other business applications is preferred.

Willingness to provide both on-site and remote technical support, including weekends or public holidays when operational needs require.

Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills with a responsible, customer-focused approach.

Good communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively as part of a team.

Basic understanding of computer hardware, operating systems, networking, and system maintenance will be considered an advantage.
