Job Details:

Ensure compliance with occupational health and safety regulations along with internal company policies.

Plan and carry out workplace well being surveys, risk assessments (APV), and preventive safety initiatives.

Promote a safe and healthy work environment covering both physical and mental well being.

Follow up on risk assessment results and support teams in preparing and monitoring action plans.

Provide guidance and advice regarding workplace safety procedures and mental health awareness.

Support safety improvement initiatives and contribute to ongoing workplace development activities.

Act as secretary for the Main Security and Cooperation Committee (HSSU) and manage related administrative responsibilities.

Maintain accurate documentation, reports, and records related to safety activities and compliance.

Assist in identifying workplace risks and recommending practical solutions for improvement.

Relevant education or practical experience in occupational health and safety.

Experience or strong interest in prevention, safety improvement, and workplace development activities.

Good IT skills with the ability to work effectively with digital tools and systems.

Experience in administrative work and office procedures.

Ability to work independently while supporting teams in maintaining workplace safety standards.
