Hospitality Service Team Leader

Job Details:

 

Supervise and support daily activities of service staff, ensuring work is completed efficiently and meets hospitality standards.

Prepare staff schedules and manage shifts to keep restaurant operations running smoothly.

Monitor stock levels of food, beverages, and raw materials, and arrange timely replenishment when needed.

Oversee service operations and ensure team members perform their duties properly.

Coordinate ordering and collection of drinks, supplies, and other service items.

Interact with guests to maintain a welcoming atmosphere and high level of service quality.

Assist team members during busy hours and ensure smooth coordination among staff.

Maintain cleanliness, organization, and overall service standards within the workplace.

Ensure proper communication between kitchen and service teams for better workflow.

Job Experience Requirements

 

Qualification in hospitality or a related field is required.

Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar service or supervisory role.

Responsible, dependable, and detail focused personality.

Strong willingness to work and ability to perform in a fast paced environment.

Good communication and team management skills.
