Job Details:

Supervise the daily activities of service staff and provide guidance to ensure all assigned duties are completed efficiently and according to hospitality standards.

Prepare employee schedules and organize shift arrangements to maintain adequate staff coverage and smooth restaurant operations.

Monitor stocks of food products, beverages, and service materials, and coordinate timely replenishment whenever supplies are running low.

Oversee front of house activities and ensure service employees follow established procedures and perform their responsibilities correctly.

Coordinate the ordering, receiving, and collection of beverages, supplies, and other items required for daily service operations.

Interact with guests in a friendly and professional manner, respond to their needs, and help maintain consistently high service standards.

Provide support to service staff during busy periods and coordinate team activities to maintain an efficient and organized workflow.

Ensure dining and service areas remain clean, orderly, and properly maintained throughout operating hours.

Maintain effective coordination between kitchen and front of house teams to ensure orders, service, and communication are handled smoothly.

Assist management with initiatives aimed at improving service efficiency, team performance, and overall guest satisfaction.

Job Experience Requirements

Relevant qualification or education in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, Restaurant Operations, or a related field is required.

Minimum 2 years of experience in restaurant service, hospitality, team supervision, or a similar role.

Responsible, dependable, and detail-oriented approach with the ability to maintain service standards consistently.

Strong work ethic with the ability to stay productive, flexible, and composed in a busy and fast-paced restaurant environment.

Good communication, interpersonal, and team coordination skills with the ability to guide and support service staff effectively.
