Job Details:

Plan and oversee daily farm operations to ensure all activities run smoothly and efficiently.

Manage farm facilities, including stables, with strong attention to cleanliness, hygiene, and disease control.

Supervise feeding programs to ensure livestock receive proper nutrition and remain in good health.

Monitor staff performance, provide guidance, and support team development and evaluations.

Review existing processes and suggest improvements to increase productivity and efficiency.

Assist in introducing new technologies and projects to improve overall farm performance.

Ensure all activities follow farm management standards and maintain coordination across operations.

Track daily work and resolve any issues to maintain consistent production quality.

Support proper record keeping related to livestock, feeding, and farm activities.

Job Experience Requirements

Degree in Agricultural Sciences, Animal Production, or a related field.

Degree in Veterinary Medicine will be considered an advantage.

Minimum 3 years of experience in livestock farming operations.

Previous experience in a supervisory or managerial role is preferred.

Good command of English; knowledge of another language will be a plus.

Strong organizational and team management skills.
