Job Details:

Receive incoming goods, inspect quantities and condition, record relevant information, and store products in the appropriate warehouse locations.

Manage dispatch and shipment activities according to instructions, ensuring goods are prepared and moved efficiently and on schedule.

Prepare, organize, and maintain documentation required for customs clearance, inspections, deliveries, and internal warehouse operations.

Keep the warehouse clean, orderly, and properly maintained to support safe and efficient daily activities.

Work closely with warehouse colleagues and other relevant teams to ensure smooth handling of goods and accurate documentation at every stage.

Check products carefully during receiving, storage, picking, and dispatch to reduce mistakes and maintain accuracy.

Update inventory records and enter stock movements into the company system as required.

Provide support with routine warehouse activities, loading, unloading, material handling, and other tasks required for smooth daily operations.

Job Experience Requirements

Secondary school education or an equivalent qualification is required. Previous experience in warehouse operations, logistics, inventory, or a related position will be considered an advantage. Basic knowledge of customs procedures and related documentation will also be preferred.

Basic computer skills with the ability to use standard office applications and digital systems for data entry and record keeping.

Good communication and organizational skills with the ability to manage several routine responsibilities effectively.

Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment and cooperate effectively with colleagues and other departments.

Strong attention to detail when checking goods, preparing documents, and maintaining inventory information.

Good physical fitness with the ability to perform warehouse duties, including lifting, carrying, and moving goods when required.
