Job Details

Develop and optimize operational processes to improve efficiency, reliability, and productivity while maintaining required safety and performance standards.

Track operational performance, service quality indicators, and key metrics to ensure established targets are consistently met.

Coordinate closely with technical teams, suppliers, service providers, and business partners to maintain stable and effective day to day operations.

Support the development and improvement of operational policies covering data center activities, infrastructure upgrades, technology implementation, and related processes.

Build positive customer relationships by responding to concerns promptly, resolving operational issues, and identifying opportunities to improve service quality.

Participate in continuous improvement programs focused on simplifying workflows, reducing operational issues, and increasing overall efficiency.

Review infrastructure and system performance, identify areas requiring improvement, and recommend practical solutions to strengthen reliability and operational stability.

Ensure data center activities follow applicable operational procedures, safety requirements, quality standards, and recognized industry best practices.

Prepare regular operational reports covering system performance, incidents, service activities, and progress of improvement initiatives.

Assist with monitoring operational risks and support corrective actions to maintain reliable and uninterrupted data center services.

Job Experience Requirements

University degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience.

Practical hands on experience in a data center environment or with infrastructure systems such as servers, networks, cooling equipment, power systems, and related facilities.

Good understanding of quality management principles, operational process improvement, infrastructure management, and project management practices.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with customers, technical teams, suppliers, and other stakeholders.

Leadership oriented mindset with strong organizational abilities and the capacity to manage assigned responsibilities independently.

Good analytical and problem solving skills with the ability to evaluate operational issues and recommend practical improvements.

Ability to work in a structured environment while maintaining focus on service quality, safety, reliability, and operational performance.
