Job Details:

Coordinate product receiving, storage, and dispatch to keep warehouse operations organized and efficient.

Supervise distribution center staff including forklift drivers, operators, and support team members, ensuring tasks are completed safely and on time.

Plan delivery routes and work with transport partners to ensure timely and reliable deliveries.

Manage inventory records both physically and within the system to maintain stock accuracy and proper rotation.

Prepare and maintain logistics reports such as KPIs, inventory summaries, and dispatch details.

Monitor the use of warehouse space, transport resources, and workforce to improve overall efficiency.

Work closely with sales and purchasing teams to maintain stock levels and support delivery plans.

Handle returns, rejected shipments, and logistics claims in coordination with relevant departments.

Identify areas for improvement and support better workflow and daily operational processes.

Job Experience Requirements

At least 1 year of experience in logistics, warehouse management, or distribution operations.

Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel, including data handling and basic analysis.

Strong leadership, organizational, and problem solving skills.

Experience in supervising operational teams will be an advantage.

Ability to manage multiple tasks and work in a fast paced environment.
