Job Details:

Lead, support, and develop team members while promoting the company’s values and way of working.

Take full responsibility for team performance, sales outcomes, cost management, and execution of business strategies.

Plan and manage sales promotion activities in coordination with the local management team in Dubai.

Review sales data and overall performance to identify areas for growth and improvement.

Manage budgets effectively and track KPIs and performance targets on a regular basis.

Actively drive sales through personal client relationships and expand the customer base.

Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and key business partners.

Support the team in achieving targets and maintaining long term client relationships.

Ensure smooth coordination between team members and management for better results.

Job Experience Requirements

Several years of experience in sales and team management, including exposure to B2B and B2C environments or leadership roles.

Strong business understanding with the ability to convert strategies into practical results.

Proven experience in managing sales operations and leading a team.

Industry related knowledge will be an advantage but is not mandatory.

Excellent leadership and communication skills.

Ability to work in a target driven and fast paced environment.
