Job Details:

Provide welcoming, attentive, and personalized customer service to all visitors entering the store.

Understand customer needs and assist them in choosing appropriate lenses, frames, and other optical products based on their preferences and requirements.

Explain product specifications, features, benefits, pricing options, and available choices clearly to help customers make confident purchasing decisions.

Monitor store inventory, check stock levels, and ensure optical products are properly arranged and available when required.

Work toward achieving monthly sales targets and contribute to improving overall store sales and business performance.

Maintain a clean, organized, and attractive store environment while ensuring products and displays are presented properly.

Follow up with customers regarding quotations, pending purchases, completed orders, and repeat requirements to improve conversion and encourage repeat business.

Provide basic after-sales assistance, respond to customer questions, and maintain positive relationships with customers over the long term.

Support routine store operations and help ensure customers receive efficient and smooth service throughout the day.

Handle customer complaints and service concerns professionally, politely, and with a solution-oriented approach.

Job Experience Requirements

High school diploma or currently pursuing a university degree or equivalent higher education.

At least 2 years of experience in sales, retail, customer service, or a similar customer-facing position.

Previous experience working in an optical shop, eyewear store, or related retail environment will be considered an advantage.

Customer-oriented mindset with a friendly, positive, and professional approach to dealing with clients.

Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to understand and respond to customer needs effectively.

Ability to work toward sales targets and remain motivated in a performance-driven retail environment.

Basic knowledge of retail operations, stock handling, product displays, and day-to-day store procedures will be an advantage.
