Job Details:
Provide friendly and personalized service to every customer visiting the store.
Understand customer needs and guide them in choosing suitable lenses and optical products.
Explain product features, benefits, and available options in a clear way to help customers make informed decisions.
Monitor and manage store inventory to ensure products are properly stocked and available.
Work towards achieving monthly sales targets and contribute to overall store performance.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the branch to ensure a welcoming shopping environment.
Follow up with customers regarding quotations, purchases, and repeat orders.
Provide basic after sales support and assist customers with queries to build long term relationships.
Support daily store operations and ensure smooth customer service flow.
Job Experience Requirements
High school diploma or currently enrolled in a university program.
Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or customer service roles.
Experience in an optical store will be an advantage.
Customer focused attitude with a positive and professional approach.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a target driven environment.
