Credit Application Support Officer
Overview
Job Details:
Plan daily work activities in advance, follow tasks proactively, and record completed results accurately.
Visit clients at their workplaces when necessary to provide quick, efficient, and high quality service.
Carry out the initial evaluation process for clients who have been qualified in the system.
Update customer contact details such as phone numbers, email addresses, and locations only after proper authorization and confirmation.
Participate in business campaigns coordinated with commercial relationship executives to strengthen relationships with assigned companies.
Follow up regularly on the assigned request portfolio, prioritizing cases that require reprocessing or return actions.
Track every stage of the process carefully to improve turnaround time and overall service efficiency.
Keep clients informed about the progress and final outcome of their personal credit applications.
Maintain organized records of client interactions, follow ups, and service activities for internal reporting and monitoring purposes.
Support customer satisfaction by responding professionally to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner.
Job Experience Requirements
Completed higher education qualification.
Previous experience in a similar customer service or client management role.
Availability to work mainly in the field, with most time dedicated to client visits and a smaller portion to administrative duties.
Strong sense of responsibility, organizational ability, and customer service orientation.
Good communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build professional client relationships.
