Job Details:

Plan and organize daily activities of the construction team to ensure work progresses according to schedule.

Supervise reinforcement works and ensure all tasks are completed according to project specifications and quality standards.

Maintain safe working conditions on site and ensure compliance with occupational health and safety requirements.

Provide regular updates to management regarding site progress, challenges, and operational issues.

Read and interpret construction plans and technical drawings accurately during project execution.

Install and handle reinforcement components required for different structural elements.

Measure and calculate material quantities required for each stage of construction work.

Prepare and apply cement mixtures where required for structural activities.

Keep the construction site organized, clean, and safe to support efficient operations.

Coordinate with team members to ensure tasks are completed on time and in line with technical guidelines.

Support on-site problem solving and ensure smooth workflow between different construction activities.

Job Experience Requirements

Previous experience in construction work with the ability to supervise and guide a team.

Ability to read and understand technical drawings and construction documentation.

Knowledge of anchoring techniques and prestressed reinforcement practices.

Willingness to travel for extended business trips within the country when required.

Strong sense of responsibility, discipline, and effective communication skills.

Good physical fitness and ability to work in demanding construction environments.
