Job Details:

Set up and configure CNC machines before production by following technical drawings, job specifications, and required manufacturing parameters.

Measure completed components accurately and make the necessary machine, tooling, or program adjustments to maintain required dimensions and production accuracy.

Operate CNC equipment in accordance with engineering drawings, production plans, technical instructions, and established operating procedures.

Machine a variety of components and perform quality checks during and after production to ensure finished parts meet required specifications and standards.

Monitor machining operations throughout the production process and promptly report machine faults, dimensional issues, or other technical abnormalities to the responsible supervisor.

Maintain cutting tools, machine accessories, and required production materials in proper working condition and ensure they are available when needed.

Follow all workplace safety requirements and keep the machine area clean, organized, and properly maintained throughout the shift.

Support efforts to improve machining efficiency, reduce production interruptions, and maintain a smooth and productive manufacturing workflow.

Job Experience Requirements

Previous experience working as a CNC Operator, Machinist, or in a similar manufacturing position, or relevant technical education in machining, production, or mechanical manufacturing.

Good technical knowledge of CNC machining processes with strong attention to detail and accuracy during production activities.

Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, technical specifications, measurements, and production instructions correctly.

Willingness to learn new machining techniques, develop technical skills, and cooperate effectively with supervisors and production team members.

Basic knowledge of CNC machine maintenance, tooling care, and workplace health and safety procedures will be considered an advantage.
