Job Details:

Support shift managers in coordinating daily production activities and maintaining a steady production flow while ensuring compliance with safety, environmental, and operational requirements.

Prepare production summaries, technical reports, and process analyses to identify operational issues, improve efficiency, and maintain required product quality.

Monitor and supervise key production stages, including raw material melting, centrifuge operations, binder preparation, and flue gas treatment processes.

Work closely with process and quality teams to ensure approved procedures are followed and assist with adjusting operating parameters when production conditions require changes.

Ensure production activities are performed according to established procedures, technical requirements, safety rules, and plant operating standards.

Participate in continuous improvement projects focused on increasing productivity, reducing process losses, and improving overall plant performance.

Monitor plant operations throughout the working shift and provide support in identifying and addressing technical or operational problems on the production floor.

Maintain complete and accurate records of production activities, process changes, technical observations, and operational performance.

Coordinate with maintenance and technical personnel to address equipment-related problems, reduce downtime, and maintain reliable production operations.

Assist shift management with monitoring process performance and communicating important production developments to relevant departments.

Job Experience Requirements:

University degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or another relevant technical discipline.

Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications with practical experience using SAP or similar enterprise systems.

Previous experience in production, process operations, manufacturing, or another industrial environment will be considered an advantage.

Strong sense of responsibility with a cooperative approach to teamwork and continuous improvement.

Good analytical and problem-solving abilities with the capacity to assess production issues and support practical solutions.

Ability to work effectively in a dynamic industrial environment and respond appropriately to changing production requirements.
