Overview
Job Details:
Plan and improve product placement on store shelves to support better sales results.
Develop accurate planograms that match the company’s commercial strategy.
Guide store teams in implementing planograms by providing clear instructions and required data.
Work closely with category managers to recommend the best shelf positioning, assortment planning, and layout decisions.
Visit stores to review shelf setups and ensure they follow approved planograms.
Support new store openings by preparing planograms and assist during store layout changes or renovations.
Help improve shelf efficiency, product visibility, and overall in store presentation.
Monitor implementation and suggest improvements for better space utilization.
Job Experience Requirements
Completed or ongoing higher education in Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
At least one year of experience in retail, purchasing, category management, or a similar role.
Strong analytical skills with good time management and task prioritization ability.
Advanced knowledge of MS Excel; experience with SAP or BW will be a plus.
Clear communication skills with confidence in dealing with teams.
Proactive, energetic, and focused on achieving results.
