Billing Invoicing Coordinator
Overview
Job Details:
Prepare and issue invoices, credit notes, and other tax related documents in line with current regulations.
Record and review billing transactions in the accounting system to ensure all entries are accurate.
Generate monthly reports related to sales performance and invoicing activities for management.
Coordinate with sales and logistics teams to ensure customer orders are billed correctly and on time.
Maintain proper filing and control of sequential and tax related documents for easy tracking.
Regularly check billing data to avoid errors and keep financial records up to date.
Support accounting activities by organizing documents for audits and internal use.
Assist in resolving any billing discrepancies in a timely manner.
Job Experience Requirements
Bachelor degree in Accounting, Administration, or a related field. Degree in Public Accounting or Administration will be preferred.
Minimum 2 years of experience in billing, invoicing, or accounting related roles.
Good knowledge of accounting software along with strong skills in Microsoft Excel.
Understanding of tax rules and electronic invoicing processes.
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and clear communication ability.
Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines efficiently.
