Analyze market trends and track KPIs to refine strategies and improve results.

Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and performance insights for management review.

Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients to support long term business expansion.

Identify new business opportunities to increase revenue and strengthen market presence.

Support coordination between sales and other internal departments for smooth execution of activities.

Job Experience Requirements

 

Degree in Business Administration, Commercial Engineering, or a related field.

Postgraduate qualification will be considered an advantage.

Minimum 5 years of experience in sales or commercial roles.

Proven experience in managing and leading teams effectively.

Advanced Excel skills for reporting, analysis, and forecasting.

Strong understanding of market research, KPI tracking, and sales planning.

Excellent leadership, communication, and strategic thinking skills.
