Job Details:

Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate vehicles according to their preferences, requirements, and intended usage.

Provide customers with accurate and clear details regarding vehicle availability, rental rates, terms, conditions, and applicable requirements.

Handle vehicle booking requests and explain rental procedures and agreements in a clear and professional manner.

Prepare, review, and process rental or lease contracts while explaining insurance coverage, options, and relevant conditions to customers.

Maintain up-to-date vehicle, customer, and booking information in the company system with a high level of accuracy.

Coordinate with the fleet and operations teams to ensure vehicles are inspected, prepared, and available for customers according to scheduled rental times.

Process rental contracts, payments, and related documentation while ensuring all required records are completed correctly.

Respond to customer questions, service concerns, and complaints professionally, using a calm and solution-oriented approach.

Support sales and business development activities by promoting rental services, identifying customer needs, and contributing to a positive rental experience.

Follow up with customers after completing the rental service to confirm satisfaction, address any remaining concerns, and encourage future bookings.
