Job Details

Coordinate and support activities related to international film co-production projects from planning through completion.

Assist with the organization and execution of film festivals, industry events, and other project-related activities.

Plan and coordinate post-production packaging, including the preparation of multilingual film materials and content.

Maintain regular communication with international partners, production teams, and external organizations to ensure effective collaboration.

Monitor project schedules, documentation, and key deliverables to help projects progress according to planned timelines.

Support marketing, promotional, and communication activities for film projects across different platforms.

Carry out additional duties and special assignments as directed by management.

Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of ongoing projects.

Build and maintain positive relationships with production companies, distributors, broadcasters, and other industry partners to encourage future collaboration.

Prepare project records, meeting notes, and reports while ensuring all documentation is properly maintained.

Job Experience Requirements

University degree or higher education in any relevant discipline is preferred.

At least 3 years of experience in writing, administration, audiovisual production, communications, media, or a related field.

Basic knowledge of film post-production workflows and production processes will be considered an advantage.

Strong organizational, communication, and coordination skills with the ability to work effectively with different stakeholders.

Ability to manage multiple projects at the same time while meeting deadlines and maintaining quality.

Creative mindset with excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.

Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities and tight project schedules.

Good interpersonal skills with the ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.
