Job Details

Manage the full design process for real estate projects, starting from initial requirements and planning through design development, approvals, and final project delivery.

Lead and coordinate designers, consultants, and project teams across different project stages while ensuring proposed solutions meet legal requirements, technical standards, and client expectations.

Develop detailed project plans and schedules, monitor progress against agreed milestones, and identify potential risks early to keep projects within planned timelines and budgets.

Maintain close coordination with internal departments, clients, contractors, consultants, and other stakeholders to ensure clear communication and effective cooperation throughout the project lifecycle.

Prepare, review, and manage project contracts and related documentation while ensuring agreed deliverables meet required quality, financial, and scheduling standards.

Oversee project execution from concept and design development through implementation and final completion, ensuring activities progress efficiently.

Address complex technical and operational challenges, coordinate suitable solutions, and support timely decisions to prevent delays and maintain project continuity.

Ensure design documentation, approvals, and project procedures comply with construction legislation, planning regulations, technical requirements, and internal company standards.

Monitor overall project performance, prepare regular progress reports, and communicate important developments, risks, and results to senior management.

Review project workflows and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives aimed at increasing design quality, project efficiency, and management effectiveness.

Job Experience Requirements

Higher education degree in Design, Architecture, Engineering, or a related field.

Minimum 5 years of professional experience in project management, design management, or a similar role.

At least 3 years of practical experience leading teams and coordinating multidisciplinary project personnel.

Strong knowledge of construction regulations, design documentation, planning requirements, and territorial development principles.

Good command of project management and technical design software including MS Office, MS Project, AutoCAD, or comparable applications.

Strong organizational and analytical skills with the ability to manage several project priorities and deadlines simultaneously.

Ability to remain effective under pressure and respond confidently to complex, unexpected, or time sensitive project challenges.

Independent, proactive, and accountable approach to work with strong ownership of assigned projects and responsibilities.

Good communication and coordination skills with the ability to work effectively with clients, contractors, consultants, and internal teams.
