Job Details:

Prepare and configure production machinery before starting operations by completing the necessary adjustments, settings, and safety checks.

Manually load raw materials, including corrugated cardboard, into the machine as required during the production process.

Follow production orders, work instructions, and scheduled requirements carefully to ensure assigned tasks are completed correctly and on time.

Check finished and in-process products for quality to ensure they meet required specifications and production standards.

Monitor machine operation throughout the shift and take appropriate action to help maintain stable and continuous production.

Inform the supervisor promptly about equipment malfunctions, technical faults, irregular machine behavior, or other production issues.

Keep the assigned workstation clean, organized, and free from unnecessary materials or obstacles.

Follow all workplace health and safety requirements, machine operating procedures, and established production guidelines.

Provide support with basic production activities and routine tasks to help maintain an efficient and uninterrupted workflow.

Job Experience Requirements

Secondary education or equivalent qualification is required.

Basic technical understanding with the ability to operate equipment and perform practical production-related tasks.

Good organizational and self-management skills with a disciplined approach to daily production responsibilities.

Reliable and responsible attitude with the ability to follow assigned duties consistently.

Previous work experience in manufacturing, factory operations, packaging, or a similar production environment will be considered an advantage.

Ability to understand and follow instructions accurately while cooperating effectively with supervisors and other team members.
