Job Details:

Collect, organize, and process relevant data to support statistical analysis, reporting, and organizational requirements.

Review available information, identify important findings, and prepare analytical results that can assist management with reporting and decision-making.

Contribute to cross-departmental development projects by supporting planning, implementation, monitoring, and evaluation activities.

Develop analytical reports, sector plans, action plans, and other documents that contribute to organizational strategies and planned objectives.

Provide administrative and policy support by preparing official memos, briefs, statements, speeches, press materials, and related documentation when required.

Present analysis results, findings, and relevant information to internal departments, management, and external partners as needed.

Assist with communicating research outcomes and analytical findings to relevant stakeholders, including international and EU-related organizations when required.

Maintain accurate, structured, and easily accessible records of research materials, datasets, analysis, and supporting documentation.

Monitor relevant performance indicators and prepare summaries, tables, and analytical updates to assist management in evaluating progress and making informed decisions.

Job Experience Requirements

Master’s degree or equivalent higher education qualification in Statistics, Data Analysis, Economics, or another relevant field.

Practical experience using statistical analysis tools, data management systems, and statistical software for research and reporting purposes.

Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel, with experience using SPSS, R, or Python considered an additional advantage.

Previous experience in a comparable analytical or research position within the education sector, along with a good understanding of education policies, sector developments, and related challenges.

Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities with excellent attention to detail and a consistent focus on accuracy when handling data and preparing reports.
