Production Line Staff Operator

Overview

Job Details:

Prepare and set up the production machine before operations by making the required adjustments and checks.

Load materials such as corrugated cardboard into the machine manually during the production process.

Follow production orders carefully and complete tasks according to provided instructions and schedules.

Inspect product quality during and after production to ensure standards and specifications are met.

Monitor machine performance throughout the shift to maintain smooth and uninterrupted operations.

Report machine faults, technical problems, or unusual issues to the supervisor without delay.

Maintain cleanliness and proper organization of the work area at all times.

Follow workplace safety rules and operational procedures during all production activities.

Assist in basic production support tasks to help maintain workflow efficiency.

Job Experience Requirements

Secondary education is required.

Basic technical knowledge with practical working ability.

Good self organization and disciplined approach toward daily responsibilities.

Responsible and dependable attitude toward assigned duties.

Previous experience in a production or manufacturing environment will be considered an advantage.

Ability to follow instructions carefully and work effectively within a team environment.
