User Support Officer

Job Details:

 

Respond to users contacting the company through the website and other online communication channels in a professional and timely manner.

Provide accurate and clear information about the company’s products and services to both potential and existing users.

Present company offerings in a friendly, professional, and easy to understand manner.

Offer continuous support to current users and assist in resolving their questions, concerns, and service related issues.

Receive, manage, and resolve user complaints promptly to maintain high customer satisfaction.

Carry out administrative and documentation tasks related to customer support activities.

Collaborate with internal departments to ensure user requests and issues are handled efficiently and on time.

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow up when necessary.

Job Experience Requirements

 

Previous experience in sales, customer support, or a call center environment will be considered an advantage but is not mandatory.

Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to interact confidently with users.

Basic to intermediate computer skills and familiarity with digital systems and online communication tools.

Target driven mindset with focus on achieving assigned goals and service standards.

Willingness to learn new skills, improve performance, and grow professionally over time.

Good organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
