Job Details:
Handle online communication with guests through email, booking platforms, and messaging applications.
Manage reservations by creating, updating, and modifying bookings, including processing online payments.
Send newsletters with booking information and follow up on guest experiences and feedback.
Monitor and respond to guest reviews across different platforms while resolving complaints professionally.
Coordinate with internal team members to ensure smooth daily operations.
Maintain accurate records of reservations, guest details, and communication history.
Support guest satisfaction by providing timely, helpful, and professional responses.
Carry out additional tasks assigned by management when required.
Assist in improving guest experience and maintaining positive online communication standards.
