Job Details:

Prepare and manage shift schedules in the PDC system for assigned healthcare units.

Work closely with department managers and administrative teams to ensure accurate workforce planning.

Ensure all schedules follow working time rules, agreements, and local labor requirements.

Support the use and improvement of the PDC planning system in daily operations.

Take part in managing and optimizing scheduling processes to improve efficiency.

Identify planning issues and suggest practical solutions to improve workflow and resource use.

Maintain clear communication with all stakeholders to ensure smooth coordination of schedules.

Assist in improving planning accuracy and system usage through regular updates and support.

Monitor schedule changes and ensure proper adjustments are made when required.

Job Experience Requirements

Experience with shift scheduling systems, preferably in a healthcare environment.

Knowledge of the PDC rostering system or willingness to learn it quickly.

Strong organizational and coordination skills with a structured work approach.

Ability to handle multiple tasks and communicate effectively with different teams.

Good IT skills with interest in digital systems and tools.

Attention to detail and ability to manage schedules accurately.
