Job Details:

Carry out quality checks at different stages of production, including in process inspections, between operations, and final checks before dispatch.

Perform accurate measurements and ensure all work follows defined standards and specifications.

Ensure measuring and control tools are used correctly, regularly calibrated, and maintained when required.

Review and analyze customer complaints related to product quality in a detailed and professional manner.

Communicate with customers regarding complaints and support the resolution process until closure.

Maintain proper records of inspections, findings, and quality reports.

Coordinate with production and other departments to ensure quality standards are consistently met.

Job Experience Requirements

Higher education will be an advantage but is not mandatory. Basic to good understanding of quality control processes and documentation is required. Experience in the glass industry will be a plus.

Good English communication skills, both written and spoken. Willingness to learn and improve skills continuously.

Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines without affecting quality.

Strong attention to detail with a responsible approach to work. Ability to work in a team and coordinate with different departments when needed.
