Maintain and update vehicle and booking information in the system with accuracy.

Coordinate with the fleet team to ensure vehicles are ready for delivery and rental.

Process contracts and manage payments while keeping proper documentation.

Handle customer questions, concerns, and complaints with a solution focused approach.

Support sales by promoting rental services and improving overall customer experience.

Ensure follow up with customers to maintain satisfaction and repeat business.
