Overview
Job Details:
Communicate with customers through email and phone to handle inquiries, provide guidance, and resolve issues in a timely manner.
Manage operational cases related to logistics, including shipment issues and delivery concerns.
Enter, update, and correct data in internal systems while preparing reports using Excel.
Analyze customer data and track key performance indicators and reports.
Coordinate with internal teams to improve processes and ensure smooth operations.
Support sales activities by assisting with customer requests and maintaining good client relationships.
Ensure customer satisfaction by responding quickly and handling concerns professionally.
Identify areas for service improvement and suggest practical solutions to enhance customer experience.
Maintain proper records of customer interactions and case updates for internal tracking.
Job Experience Requirements
Ability to manage tasks independently while meeting deadlines and maintaining quality work.
Strong attention to detail with a careful and responsible approach.
Proactive attitude with the ability to identify problems and suggest solutions.
Clear communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to work under pressure with flexibility in a fast changing environment.
Good command of English; additional languages will be an advantage.
Previous experience in customer service, logistics support, or data handling will be a plus.
