Cash Control Executive

Overview

Job Details:

Monitor and update key operational reports regularly, including productivity, attendance, terminal closing, and daily front end performance.

Maintain strict control over till balances and ensure all cash handling procedures are followed correctly.

Safeguard cash register keys and manage security measures for high value items such as apparel, liquor, and similar products.

Review daily sales and operational data to identify any discrepancies and support smooth front end operations.

Work closely with store staff to ensure efficient workflow and consistent service standards.

Assist in preparing performance summaries and operational reports for management review.

Ensure compliance with internal procedures related to financial accuracy and store operations.

Support daily operations by maintaining proper records and monitoring key activities.

Job Experience Requirements

Bachelor degree in Business Administration or a related field, fresh graduates may also be considered.

At least 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in retail or sales environment.

Strong customer service approach with a positive and professional attitude.

Good numerical and calculation skills with strong attention to detail.

Ability to work in a team and handle tasks with accuracy and responsibility.
