Store Operations Supervisor
Overview
Job Details:
Oversee daily operations of assigned branches to ensure everything runs smoothly and efficiently.
Lead and manage branch staff, set work schedules, and coordinate logistics while ensuring company policies are followed.
Maintain high customer service standards and ensure every visitor has a positive experience.
Monitor stock levels, arrange orders when needed, and conduct regular inventory checks to keep records accurate.
Implement company procedures and make sure all operational processes are properly followed at the branch level.
Support execution of internal administrative guidelines and company instructions across branch activities.
Work with the team to identify ways to improve performance and enhance customer satisfaction.
Handle operational issues and ensure daily branch activities remain well organized and controlled.
Ensure proper coordination between staff and smooth handling of day to day tasks.
Job Experience Requirements
Previous experience in a similar managerial or supervisory role.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to guide and motivate a team.
Understanding of inventory management and retail operations.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
Ability to manage multiple responsibilities and work in a fast paced environment.
